Wow, Ms. Kendrick, congrats on your first directing role! The patriarchy is poignantly highlighted in that fantastic movie. Woman of the Hour on Flixtor movie is set in the late 1970s, right before I was getting my high school diploma. Do the arithmetic, and I'll soon be old enough to qualify for Medicare. As I've gotten older, I've started to comprehend and worry about cultural norms like patriarchy and inequality, as well as the potentially disastrous consequences they've had on our society. I firmly think that this movie should be screened in high school social studies classes since it does a fantastic job of depicting the patriarchal worldview. I hope that everyone gets to see it.
