All hoop levels are welcome! Minimum age required to attend the event is 14 years old.
We speak English, Italian, French, German & Spanish!
Once you buy your ticket you'll have access to a Facebook private group where you can get in touch with us and the other participants, share travel info etc..

Location
Camping Village Tavolara, is surrounded by nature, white sand beaches, breathtaking landscapes and it offers a range of activities for all ages. Don’t hesitate to bring your partner, family (kids are welcome) and friends with you! We will have also free time to chillax and enjoy the beach!

Accommodation

WEhoop attendees gets 10% discount on daily rates for caravans and mobile houses and if you prefer to come with your tent the price is only 11€ per person per night (electricity included).

IMPORTANT: please note that ticket price doesn't include accommodation or meals.
Under no circumstances WEhoop organisers are liable for any inconvenience related to your accommodation at the event. All eventual complaints needs to be addressed directly with the property.

How to get there
- By plane: you can fly to Olbia Costa Smeralda airport and take bus 514 to the camping (bus stop is about 500 meters from the camping entrance)
- By ferry: there are direct connections to Olbia from Livorno, Genoa and Civitavecchia
- By car: Strada Statale 125 Km 300 - Località Porto Taverna (GPS: N 40°51'31" - E 9°38'34")

Location
Camping Village Tavolara, è circondato dalla natura, spiagge di sabbia bianca, paesaggi mozzafiato e offre una vasta gamma di attività per tutte le età. Non esitate a venire con il vostro partner, la famiglia (i bambini sono i benvenuti) e i vostri amici! Avremo anche del tempo libero per rilassarci, goderci il mare e socializzare!

Alloggio
Camping Village Tavolara, immerso nella natura e spiagge di sabbia bianca ospiterà anche questa seconda edizione dell'evento.
Cliccando qui potete vedere i tipi di alloggio disponibili nel campeggio e le tariffe. Ogni partecipante avrà uno sconto del 10% sulle tariffe giornaliere di roulotte e case mobili. Se preferite alloggiare in tenda il prezzo per persona per notte è di soli €11 (elettricità inclusa). Per prenotare la vostra sistemazione scrivete una mail a [email protected] con oggetto “Hula Hoop Weekend”.
IMPORTANTE: Il prezzo del biglietto non include alloggio o pasti.
In nessun caso gli organizzatori di WEhoop sono responsabili di eventuali disagi legati al soggiorno in struttura durante l'evento. Eventuali reclami devono essere indirizzati direttamente alla direzione del camping.

- In aereo: dall'aeroporto di Olbia Costa Smeralda potete prendere il bus 514 che si ferma a circa 500 metri dall'entrata del campeggio
- In traghetto: collegamenti diretti con Olbia da Livorno, Genova e Civitavecchia
- In auto: Strada Statale 125 km 300 - Località Porto Taverna (GPS: N 40 ° 51'31 "- E 9 ° 38'34")
- Il Bus 514 dall'aeroporto ha una fermata a circa 500 metri dall'entrata del campeggio
