Description
The film, which takes place in 1995, examines the unsettling disappearance of a hiker in the Oregon countryside. Although he is thought to be dead, many residents believe he may have died of "hills fever," or what the locals refer to as "Face of the Wolf." The narrative then turns to Blake, a small child who lives in a remote farmhouse with his controlling and violent survivalist father, Grady. They encounter a sinister presence while hunting, which foreshadows the terrifying events that will transpire. After thirty years, Blake, his wife Charlotte, and their daughter Ginger are now in New York City. They have a difficult relationship, but after hearing of Grady's death, they move to Oregon to settle down. What happens next? Find out on Afdah.
