Description
On 5 January 2027 Valery Meladze takes the stage at Lotus Arena in Phuket, and the evening is part of a larger touring route that began with the 2025 jubilee tour and reached Southeast Asia. If you are looking for Valery Meladze tickets in Phuket, it helps to see first where this concert sits in the chain of cities: what came before it, what follows and how the format differs from a standard concert hall. Everything below is based on event pages and listings, and what is not known is stated as such: the setlist has not been published.
Meladze Concert in Phuket on 5 January 2027: Date, Time and Format
The concert is scheduled for 5 January 2027, with the show starting at 20:00. The event pages give a running time of about two hours and an age limit of 21+. The venue is Lotus Arena in Phuket. The descriptions do not give a street address, so it is worth confirming the location before planning the trip.
The organizers describe the program as a show with the artist's hits, premieres of new songs and modern lighting design. The evening belongs to Valery Meladze's Asian tour of large venues in the region. The date falls in the New Year holidays, and it is reasonable to assume the island will be busy with visitors, so it is better not to delay choosing tickets.
If the evening starts on time and runs for about two hours, it will end around ten at night, but the exact schedule and entry procedure should be confirmed in advance. In Bali, for example, guest check-in was set for 18:30, ninety minutes before the start, and there is no such information for Phuket yet, so the neighboring city can serve only as a rough guide.
The Jubilee Tour: How It Reached Asia
The starting point is 2025. The tour marks thirty years of Meladze's creative work and his sixtieth birthday. According to media reports, the American leg included 16 concerts in 14 cities, with most shows selling out. The earnings figures quoted by various outlets are not confirmed and should not be treated as facts.
For a reader in Thailand the geography matters more than the statistics: after the American leg the tour moved to Southeast Asia. It is reasonable to assume that in Phuket, Bali or Bangkok the crowd combines residents and visitors on holiday, but there is no confirmed data on the audience.
Bangkok, Bali and Beyond: The January 2026 Dates
The Asian chapter began in January 2026. According to listings, the concert took place in Bangkok at UOB Live on 10 January and in Bali at Nuanu on 13 January, followed by dates in Seoul on 16 January and Shanghai on 18 January. The Bali announcement called this run the first Asian tour in three decades of the artist's career. That is the organizers' wording, so it should be read as a claim made in the announcement, not as a verified fact.
The same announcement describes the format: two hours without an intermission, 21+, and a program of well-known hits, among them “Magdalina,” “Inostranets” and “Nebesa,” together with new songs prepared for the Asian tour. The same scheme of classics plus fresh material appears in the description of the Phuket concert, so last year's dates help explain how the evening is built.
Asian Dates in January 2027: Phuket, Bali, Kuala Lumpur, Pattaya
Listings show four Asian dates in a row for January 2027: Phuket on 5 January at Lotus Arena, Bali on 7 January at NUANU, Kuala Lumpur on 9 January at ZEPP KL and Pattaya on 14 January at Lotus Pattaya. The Phuket concert opens the series, and there are no gaps longer than a few days: three countries, Thailand, Indonesia and Malaysia, fit into nine days, and Pattaya brings the tour back to Thailand in the middle of the month.
Bali appears in the schedule again: the January 2026 concert was held at Nuanu and the new listing names NUANU. Bangkok is not on the 2027 list, while Kuala Lumpur and a second Thai venue in Pattaya have been added. The dates come from a listing aggregator and event pages, so they should be checked once more before you buy tickets or book travel.
What Is Known About the Program: Hits and New Songs, No Setlist
The Phuket event pages name the songs “Salute, Vera,” “Beautiful,” “Parallel Lines,” “Samba of the White Moth” and “Heavens.” The organizers do not present them as the final setlist, so the accurate way to put it is that these are the songs mentioned in the description. Premieres of new songs are announced separately, but which ones and in what order has not been stated anywhere.
Most of the named songs share one detail: many of Valery Meladze's hits were written together with Konstantin Meladze, and the event pages point this out. For a listener it means a large part of the evening is built around songs the audience has known for years, with new compositions placed next to them. How much new material there will be and how the order will change can only be guessed, and there is no confirmation.
Lotus Arena and Tickets: Zones and Choosing a Seat
Lotus Arena is an open-air concert venue in the Cherng Talay area. According to a local publication's note from the previous season, the venue is modular: it is set up for roughly 2,600 or 7,000 people depending on the event, with LED screens supporting sound and lighting. That information dates from the previous season, so the layout for 5 January 2027 should be checked on the seating plan when you choose tickets.
Prices depend on the zone and category: the event page says options range from general admission to VIP tables, and prices are shown on an interactive seating plan. In Bali, within the same tour, Fan Zone near the stage, VIP Standing and VIP Tables were sold, but for Phuket this is only an example of how zones can be arranged, not a confirmed plan. After payment the e-ticket arrives by email, and each category has a limited number of seats, so it is easier to choose the zone and date in advance than to look for seats at the last minute. If you have already decided to go, you can buy Lotus Arena tickets on the event page, where the seating plan is shown.
The Phuket evening is the first of the January 2027 series. What the program will show, which songs will be played and how much of it will be new will become clear only on 5 January, and that is the one honest piece of intrigue around this concert.
