Description
Uglies on Lookmovie2 is adapted from the well-known Young Adult novel by Scott Westerfeld, which led to three sequels and a spin-off series. The screenplay was crafted by Jacob Forman, Vanessa Taylor and Whit Anderson. While McG, who gained recognition for directing the Charlie’s Angels films and later excelled with the horror flick The Babysitter, took on the role of director. The story is set several centuries in the future on Earth. It has been ravaged by fossil fuel consumption and subsequently restored using plant-based energy sources.
