Description
The Damned Flix tor is a slow-burning psychological thriller with a few horror/gore scenes. The tone is foreboding and tense throughout the film, and you frequently get the impression that something bad is about to happen, yet this does not always materialize. Music and sound during scene transitions work exceptionally well to heighten the sense of foreboding and dread. If you've seen the series The Haunting of Hill House, the degree of dread is comparable. There's much to enjoy about the picture, including the photography, costumes, soundtrack, and location. The performances by the performers are compelling and captivating.
