Description
This does not excuse the haphazard way in which some of the story lines are resolved here, possibly leaving a little too much for the future. Even the editing, which occasionally jumps too quickly between stories, does not do this fair. When presenting and recounting the stories in Horizon: An American Saga in Flixtor Movies, it's fascinating to note how Costner is forced to consider specific aspects that are common to this kind of story. In order to paint a picture of life at the period that is as genuine as possible, he must also depict circumstances that would be viewed as debatable or incorrect in the modern era. Specifically, the dispute amongst white colonists is mentioned.
