Description
Heart Eyes Lookmovie tries to combine 90s horror film aspects with romantic comedy, with a sophisticated production and a beautiful ensemble. The horror elements are well-executed, with strong gore and amazing practical effects. The masks, costumes, and props are particularly impressive. However, the writing, romance subplot, and general story can be annoying at times. The picture does not take itself too seriously, yet the ultimate surprise is predictable and unsatisfying. The last scenes, however, provide some entertaining moments.
