We are currently implementing a supplier management module in precoro for similar financial control tasks. The system allows you to link purchases to specific contract terms recorded in the vendor profile. You can set limits on purchase volumes or amounts from a specific supplier. If a manager attempts to place an order in excess of the approved budget or in violation of the contract terms, the system will block the transaction until approval is received from management.
