Prima della lezione, si va tutti insieme con l'ortolano nell'orto dell'azienda agricola a raccogliere le erbe aromatiche, che poi verranno usate nella preparazione della pasta fresca.
Durante il corso si utilizzeranno prodotti delle nostre zone e si imparerà a impastare a mano e stendere la pasta fresca con l'apposita macchinetta, il tutto in un ambiente informale e amichevole.
