- Would you like to feel that your life has more purpose and meaning?
- Do you feel like your life is good, that you are grateful for many things, but that you are a bit overwhelmed or disconnected?
- Do you wonder how you can live a life that is more true to you?
- Does the way you spend your time day to day add up to the life you want to lead?
- Would you like to explore these questions and others in a sacred space with a group of people who are asking similar questions of themselves?
- Can you allow the picture to unfold as you live these questions rather than demand the answers?
If the answer to any of these questions is yes (or even maybe), then I would dearly love for you to join me in the beautiful setting of the South Downs countryside on 5-7 January 2018 for my weekend retreat Coming Home to Your Purpose.
Our lives are so busy and frantic and there are so many demands on our time and attention, that it is easy to become disconnected from ourselves. We live a life that sometimes doesn't feel like our own as we conform to the outer world and create distance from our inner world. Integrating the inner and the outer is our challenge.
This weekend will give you the space and support to tune into yourself to discover how you can begin to live from the inside out rather than according to others' rules and ideals. You'll learn how to see beyond your fears and habits, access your resources and live your life with more colour, more creativity and more courage.
As the new year begins, I'll guide you to connect with your questions, your longings, your desires and your purpose to set you on an intentional, heartfelt, joyous track for 2018.
Imagine a vibrant homecoming weekend where you will meet yourself and leave feeling more whole, more peaceful and more purposeful for the year ahead.
I look forward to seeing you there.
WHAT'S ON OFFER?
This workshop is an intimate opportunity to dig deep into yourself. Guided by an experienced therapeutically trained coach, you will connect with your inner self, essence and purpose, so that you may begin to identify and express it more fully in the outer world.
We'll work in the beautiful natural environment of Tilton House, a renowned retreat centre in the South Downs National park. Tilton House has recently appeared in Psychologies magazine as one of the top ten retreats in the UK.
Arriving on Friday afternoon, you'll have a chance to walk in the National Park before you settle into your elegant rooms and take an optional yoga class for those who want to stretch out and come home physically as well as mentally.
In the evening, we'll share our dinner together, prepared with fresh, local ingredients by our onsite chefs. Part of the beauty of Tilton House is that it feels like home so this will be a relaxed, informal gathering around the kitchen table, like all our meals. Then some evening activities to get ready for the workshop as you get to know your fellow purpose seekers and share your hopes for the weekend, before an evening meditation and early night.
Saturday is a day of connecting, awakening, remembering and retrieving. We'll create a safe space together from where your purpose will awaken. We'll work on turning down our physical and emotional defences so that you feel able to fully explore all of yourself and not just the parts that you're already familiar with. We'll stir the pot with some meditation, contemplation, conversation, bodywork, music, poetry, writing, drawing and other playful activities so that your inner, possibly unexpressed, longings, desires and instincts feel welcome. In this way, you'll clear the inner path to uncover your true purpose and will begin to examine and define what that is for yourself and for the group.
Once again there's an option of some yoga in the evening to breathe in and integrate physically some of the experiences of the day and we'll share dinner together.
Sunday is a day to understand what some of the blocks may have been for you to discovering and/or living your true purpose so far. You'll uncover your familiar stories. We'll examine how these play out as you work towards making a shift to a more purposeful life and raise your awareness of where you choose to put your energy as you leave the workshop.
Before you leave, you'll prepare your own purpose map with clear directions of how you plan to incorporate your purpose into your life, and what support you'll need along the way to create some new stories for the next phase in your life.

I'm an experienced coach, consultant and supervisor, completing an MA in integrative psychotherapy, with a teenage daughter and a passion for yoga. I've had an eclectic life, living in Russia for ten years, forging a career first in film, then in law, then in organisational development.
I've now coached hundreds of people at all stages in their lives, from starting out, to mid life, to mature elders. I often hear the same questions, whatever age or stage people are at and I'm curious about this. How is it that we learn so much as we go through life, we build successful lives and careers, but still the same questions stay with us about what it is that makes life truly meaningful?
So this is the question that occupies me now and the reason I'm hosting this retreat. Part of my purpose, if you like. I've wanted for a long time now to create a special space where we can explore these questions together, learning from each other and finding the true answer for ourselves.
