NRM, the independently owned gaming technology and software solutions provider, is celebrating an industry first following the successful deployment of groundbreaking, customer-facing mobile applications for both the Bingo and AGC sectors. The applications, which deliver a wide range of features and benefits for players and venues, have been successfully trialed with the cooperation of Praesepe, Britain's leading low-stakes gaming entertainment provider.
Andrew Ludlow, Managing Director and Co-Owner of NRM, said, "Praesepe operate a highly progressive policy in terms of providing technology companies with access to what is the biggest AGC and Bingo focus group in the U.K. industry, and I would like to place on record my thanks to CEO, Nick Harding, his team and customers for their help and insight with this important project.
"The applications are an industry first as they offer a direct link between operator and customer using existing membership systems. The comprehensive functionality encompasses digital membership sign in, the ability to offer customers real time promotional deals with secure redemption, low cost integrated communications, location specific services as well as being a portal for operators to keep their customers up to date on relevant news and information."
