The Frontline Club is inviting Paddington BID members to attend a London Tourism Insights evening on 15 October 2015. This will be a tremendous opportunity for businesses to hear the latest insights on tourism trends from Alex Fong, Head of Strategy, Insight and External Affairs at London & Partners, London’s official promotional company.
The Frontline Club is the London hub for a diverse group of people united by their passion for top quality independent journalism. It is a unique place to discuss, debate and be inspired.
Prior to the event, the Frontline Club has kindly agreed to host the BID’s AGM, from 5.30 p.m. to 6.00 p.m. This will be a short formal meeting for BID Members to review and adopt the audited accounts for 2014-15; to elect the BID’s Board of Directors who will represent you in the coming year and to appoint our auditors. Printed copies of our audited annual accounts for the year ended 31 March 2015 will be available on the evening or can be downloaded now from our website at: http://www.paddingtonnow.co.uk/about/
All registered Company Members have a vote at the AGM. To confirm your attendance or appoint a proxy voter simply complete and return Form A by 2.00pm on Tuesday 13 October 2015. If you have not previously signed and returned a Company Membership form then please contact me on 020 3145 1212. If you would like to stand for election as a Director or would like to nominate someone from your company please complete and return the enclosed Form B.
