Description
After the explosive season two premiere last week, House of the Dragon returns with Episode 2. Each scene delves into the aftermath of the young prince's murder. Alicent's disgust and Cole's guilt are palpable, while Rhaneyra pieces together the puzzle. If Luce's death was the spark, this episode is the gasoline. Tom Glynn-Carney truly shines, showcasing a range of emotions from remorse to anger, and even adding a touch of comedy and buffoonery. He proves that Aegon is a complex and dynamic psychopath. Personally, I would have loved to see more of Aemond, one of my favorite characters, but even in the limited screen time, he manages to reveal a little more about his true nature.
