Busted by foul ball in first rehab game in 6 daysWent 0-for-3 with a walk and a strikeout in his first game in three days.

San Diego Padres RHP Ji-Man Choi returned to action after three days on the disabled list with a foot contusion.

Choi started in the No. 4 spot in the lineup for San Diego's Triple-A El Paso Chihuahuas on Monday (Sept. 9) against the Round Rock Express (Texas Rangers) at Southwest University Park in El Paso, Texas, 토토사이트 and went 1-for-3 with a walk and a run scored.

It was the second rehab start for Choi, who was sidelined with a rib injury last month.

In his first at-bat on April 6 against Round Rock, Choi went 2-for-3 with a double and a walk.

After showing good at-bats from the start, Choi was unlucky to be hit by a foul pitch in his final at-bat. Local media reported that Choi suffered a fracture in the instep of his left foot, 스포츠토토 leading to speculation that he might be out for the season.

Luckily, however, the injury was not serious. A representative from Choi's domestic management said, "Choi was diagnosed with a bruise after a hospital checkup."

After two days of rest, Choi returned to the lineup.
He doubled and stole third in the first inning, then led off the fourth inning with a swinging strikeout.

In the sixth inning, Choi drew a bases-loaded walk and came home on consecutive singles by the next two batters. In the seventh, with runners on first and second, he struck out swinging.

If he can pick up his batting pace now that he's healthy, he could be back in the big leagues sooner rather than later.

In the meantime, 스포츠토토맨 the game ended with a 4-3 win for El Paso.
